REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY – LEXXCREDIT CO.

1. NO PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
LexxCredit Co. provides digital and service-based credit consulting services.
Because of the nature of these services, traditional product returns do not apply.
2. RIGHT TO CANCEL (FEDERAL LAW – IMPORTANT)
In accordance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA):

👉 With NO penalty or obligation
To cancel, you must submit a written request:

If you cancel within the 3-business-day cancellation period:
- You will receive a full refund
- Refunds are issued within 10–15 business days
4. AFTER 3 DAYS (NO REFUNDS)
After the 3-business-day cancellation window:
All payments are non-refundable, including:
- Monthly service fees
- Setup / administrative fees
- Consultation fees

5. NO GUARANTEED RESULTS
LexxCredit Co. does NOT guarantee:
- Credit score increases
- Deletion of negative items
- Specific timelines
All results vary based on individual credit profiles.
6. SERVICE TERMINATION
You may cancel your service at any time after the 3-day window:
- Cancellation stops future billing
- No refunds for prior billing cycles
7. CHARGEBACK POLICY
By purchasing services, you agree:
- Not to initiate chargebacks without contacting us first
- To allow us the opportunity to resolve any issues
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate account termination
- Collections or legal action
8. FAILURE TO PARTICIPATE
No refunds will be issued if:
- Required documents are not provided
- You stop responding during the process
- False or misleading information is submitted
