TERMS OF SERVICE – LEXXCREDIT CO.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
This Terms of Service (“Agreement”) outlines the terms under which LexxCredit Co. (“LexxCredit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides access to our website and services.
By using our website or enrolling in our services, you agree to this Agreement.
1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
LexxCredit Co. provides:
- Credit report analysis
- Assistance disputing inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable items
- Educational guidance related to credit improvement
We are not a lender, credit bureau, or debt settlement company.
We do not provide legal or financial guarantees.
2. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
LexxCredit Co. does not guarantee:
- Credit score increases
- Deletion of negative items
- Specific timelines
You understand that accurate information cannot be removed and results vary based on your individual credit profile.
3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Submit required documents in a timely manner
- Cooperate during the dispute process
- Use services for lawful purposes only
Failure to comply may result in service termination without refund.
4. FEES & BILLING
Fees may include:
- Administrative/setup fees
- Monthly service fees
- Consultation fees
All fees are disclosed prior to purchase.
By submitting payment, you authorize LexxCredit Co. to charge your selected payment method.
5. PAYMENT DISCLOSURE (IMPORTANT)
Payment is for:
- Administrative setup
- Credit analysis
- Onboarding services
👉 No credit repair services are performed until after the legally required waiting period.
6. RIGHT TO CANCEL (FEDERAL LAW – REQUIRED)
In accordance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA):
👉 You may cancel this agreement within 3 business days of enrollment
👉 With no penalty or obligation
To cancel, submit written notice:
If you cancel within this period:
- You will receive a full refund
- Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days
7. AFTER 3 DAYS (NO REFUNDS)
After the 3-business-day cancellation window:
- All payments are non-refundable
- Services are considered in progress
- Fees are charged for time, expertise, and administrative work
8. SERVICE TERMINATION
You may cancel services at any time after the 3-day period:
- Future billing will stop
- No refunds for prior billing cycles
LexxCredit Co. reserves the right to terminate services for:
- Non-payment
- Fraudulent activity
- Failure to cooperate
9. CHARGEBACK POLICY
By purchasing services, you agree:
- Not to initiate chargebacks without contacting us first
- To allow us to resolve any issues
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate service termination
- Collections or legal action
10. YOUR RIGHTS (IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE)
You have the right to:
- Dispute inaccurate information yourself at no cost
- Obtain a free credit report annually
- Cancel this agreement within 3 business days
11. PRIVACY
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We implement safeguards to protect your personal data.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
LexxCredit Co. is not liable for:
- Credit bureau decisions
- Creditor responses
- Changes in credit score
13. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
14. MODIFICATIONS
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
